The Nova Leadership Development online learning academy offers a flexible learning solution to advance your career through self-paced training and expert resources. You achieve your development goals where and when it suits you.  We offer a number of pre-determined packages selected from our popular courses, or you have the choice to build your own learning package. You will also receive personalised coaching from one of our subject matter experts with the course that you enroll for.

The format of learning is designed to accommodate the pressures of today’s busy work environment. You pace your learning by working through a self-study guide and complete an assignment for each module in your own time. A virtual zoom classroom is then set up at an agreed time with the subject facilitator who will coach you on sections determined by you. Coaching sessions take on the form of guiding (mentoring) to address and overcome your unique workplace issues. 

 

We are there to help you learn. Our only requirement is that you complete the training course within 12 months.

How it works:

​

• Learners can choose a pre-designed programme or have option to design their own the curriculum.

• Payment is done through the PayFast system and once payment is received the system notifies Nova Leadership of your registration.

• Nova Leadership administration will contact the learner to design the roll-out plan.

• The learner will receive an email with PDF course material and an assignment for each learning module.

• The learner paces the study and submits the assignment for marking as per the agreed time schedule.

• The assignment will be assessed and you receive feedback.

• Should you be required to do any corrections you will be given one opportunity for re-submission of the assignment.

• You then attend a two hour zoom coaching session with a subject expert facilitator.

• The coach evaluates knowledge gained and approves your progress to the next module.

• Steps 4-9 are repeated for each enrolled module.

• A programme must be completed within 12 months.
